So-called "stress tabs" seem to "calm" the body, but what they actually do is stress the body into tiredness. Tiredness can give a person a feeling of calmness. I am not in favor of the FDA regulating these products. However, we must know that vitamins are mostly synthetic, and made in a laboratory from the cheapest sources available, to create the same chemical formula without the same chemical "structure." Crystalline "folic acid" is not the same as real, granular folic acid.

Most water-soluble vitamins have no value whatsoever. How many spears of asparagus would it take to make a tablet of 100 mcg folic acid? It would take too many of them! What you get are the *chemical structure* of vitamins, but not in its natural, granular-shaped form. Supplements are made from industrial by-products such as petroleum by-products. The chaemical structure is the same, but the crystalline structure, as opposed to the granular structure, would not be absorbed by the body.

the best protein out there right now, organic, is fish. and the only supplements too trust are fish oils. olive oil, or flax, they have the omega 3,6,9.

sorry for saying this but this guy is wrong about vitamins in a form of pill. vitamin C in a lemon for exemple works only with all the connections it makes inside the fruit. if you substract it from the fruit it doesnt work. eat fruits and veg !!!!!!! dont take pills !!!!!!!!

@oggfish don't go getting paranoid on us now.. i wish i had the room to grow my own fruit and vegetables but i don't.
