I have eaten right before I go to bed like... well most every night because that's when I get hungry. I'm 25 and have seen no ill effects. I don't doubt that you are correct in respect to many body types... but for some it really is not an issue. Please note that i've always been somewhat skinny and don't have to worry about possible increased fat conversion due to late meals.

so i went back to the gym and work out for 2 weeks i turned that fat into muscle, i was so exited, so i quit going again and did the same as before, another 2 weeks of leazy and gained another 9 pounds, im now 155 and still working, i know still skinny but better than before, i hope this can work for u, sorry about the bad english :-)
